DO YOU NEED TO MOULD A METAL PRODUCT?
We specialise in hot and cold moulding
If you have a project or design that you want to transform into a finished product, we can help you find the best process and the most suitable metal or alloy with treatments and machining that will guarantee you quality performance.
Optimising the mechanical properties of the metallic fibres, benefitting from the reduction of initial masses and reducing finishing processes.
We offer hot moulding services and subsequent customised treatments. These are the techniques we use:
– Hot moulding by fall-hammer with thin closing cavity dies
– Hot moulding with eccentric press
– Hot moulding of metal alloys
– Electrical upsetting with open or closed moulding
– Hot forging with open and closed moulding
Cold moulding is a metalworking process that takes place at room temperature and allows for small objects to be obtained such as SCREWS, BOLTS and BUSHINGS. The modelling of the rough-hewn occurs thanks to the force exerted by mechanical presses on metal sheets. The dimensional accuracy of the object obtained is high and usually DOES NOT NEED additional processing or finishing.
